Lean Office – Champion is a practical, four day programme focused on developing the knowledge and capabilities required
to initiate and lead an improvement programme in an office based environment. This programme builds upon the Lean Office - Foundation level giving the student the confidence and ability to use value stream identification/mapping methodologies and then employ appropriate lean tools and techniques to improve business processes to reduce cost and deliver a better customer service.
