£1295
About this course
The Shingo Enterprise Alignment Workshop is a practical two-day programme focused on helping organisations align their people, systems and strategy around a common purpose.
Building on the foundations established through Discover Excellence, Systems Design, Cultural Enablers and Continuous Improvement, this workshop explores the Enterprise Alignment dimension of the Shingo Model™. Delegates learn how organisations create alignment from strategy through to daily activity, ensuring that improvement efforts, performance measures and decision-making all support long-term objectives.
The workshop focuses on the principles of Think Systemically, Create Constancy of Purpose, and Create Value for the Customer.
