The Fellowship is an award of the Manufacturing Institute and is subject to terms and conditions.

How does it work?
The course runs between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm over 10-days x 2 blocks of 3-days and 1 block of 4-days (8 hours per session)
What is the entry-level requirement?
Typically, delegates will have a key role within a Six Sigma project delivery team. Attendees should have a basic knowledge of lean tools and techniques and experience within a manufacturing environment.
What does it include?
Includes access to materials, direction and support in our virtual learning environment (VLE) It’s Learning.
What are the pre-course requisites?
To gain the most from this programme, delegates should have a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and knowledge of Minitab® is an advantage.
What is the certification?
A certificate of attendance is available to delegates who have attended all the Six Sigma Green Belt training days. For delegates embarking on a Fellowship, a certificate of completion is awarded subject to total course attendance and final project assessment. These are awards from The Manufacturing Institute.
What is a Six Sigma Green Belt Fellowship?
Following this programme, delegates have the opportunity to complete a Six Sigma Green Belt Fellowship, a recognition scheme based on the successful implementation of a work-based improvement project. Black Belt certification is subject to successful project completion where delegates can demonstrate a practical understanding of supporting systems, tools, philosophies and principles. The Fellowship is an award from The Manufacturing Institute.
