If you’re looking to improve or refresh your team leadership skills, our on-line Team Leadership Development Bootcamp will give you the latest know-how required to get the best from your people with the focus on improving productivity and performance.
The programme is a streamlined version of our full leadership programme. It makes full use of the latest thinking in management and leadership techniques, developing the knowledge confidence and capability of any emerging or existing team leader. This course uses both practical and experimental learning activities, blended with group discussion and individual reflection.

Our on-line Team Leadership Development Bootcamp provides the same quality learning as a classroom, with the opportunity to share and interact with other businesses without the travel or associated expenditure. This course is perfect for anyone with people management responsibility at an operational level within a manufacturing organisation. It is ideal for those wishing to access a high-quality, team leadership learning experience.
Please note, the course is delivered through Zoom, therefore: –
All delegates will require stable internet access, and PC/laptop with video and audio connection, to allow for full participation. The programme is collaborative, all delegates will be required to have their camera’s turned on during the workshop. Delegates should aim to log into the learning platform 10 minutes prior to the start time, to deal with any technical issues and ensure a prompt start to the workshop. Sessions are NOT recorded to maintain confidentiality and the safety of delegates.

How does it work?

The course runs between 9.00 am to 12.30 pm over 8-days, 2-days per week for 4-weeks (3.5 hours per session)

What is the entry-level requirement?

There are no academic requirements to attend this course. No matter what your background or previous experience, as long as you have the desire to drive positive change and improve results, this course will help you achieve your operational objectives for continuous improvement

Includes access to materials, direction and support in our virtual learning environment (VLE) It’s Learning.

Is the course certificated?

A certificate of attendance is available to delegates who have attended all the Team Leadership Development Bootcamp training days. This is an award from The Manufacturing Institute.
