Shingo Build Excellence Workshop

Build Excellence is the capstone workshop that brings together everything you’ve learned in the Shingo series. It focuses on designing and sustaining systems that produce ideal behaviours and results over the long term. This workshop helps you integrate the Shingo Model™ into your organisation’s management systems and transformation strategy.

Using assessment tools and structured planning, you’ll evaluate current systems and develop a roadmap for embedding excellence into the fabric of your organisation.
