Shingo Cultural Enablers Workshop
Cultural Enablers continues to build upon the knowledge and experience gained in the previous workshops and explains that tools and systems alone do not operate a business. People do.
Each person within an organisation has a set of values and beliefs that influence the way he or she behaves. Ultimately, the aggregate of people’s behaviours makes up organisational culture, and culture greatly influences results.
Organisational excellence cannot be achieved through top-down directives or piecemeal implementation of tools. It requires a widespread organisational commitment. The CULTURAL ENABLERS workshop will help you define ideal behaviours and the systems that drive them by using behavioural benchmarks.
