Shingo Discover Excellence Workshop
The Manufacturing Institute was the first international partner for the Shingo Model. As an affiliate since 2008, our fully qualified Alumni practitioners, through Discover Excellence, have inspired hundreds of delegates on their improvement paths to operational excellence through cultural transformation.

What happens after the workshops?
There continued on-site support and coaching. This includes on-site leadership development and executive coaching, implementation of lean tools and methodologies and workshops for value stream mapping, 5S, TMP, SMED, and problem solving.

Shingo encouraged us to think categorically, the principles are divided into three dimensions: Cultural Enablers, Continuous Improvement, and Enterprise Alignment.
