- A Six Sigma Green Belt qualification
- Strong social and communication skills, along with leadership potential or experience
- An analytical mindset and adequate numeracy skills
- Minitab literacy

- Hands-on training (comprising presentations, discussions, group activities and interactive learning exercises), delivered by experienced Six Sigma Master Black Belt practitioners
- 6 days of 8-hour training delivered in two blocks
