Six Sigma Green Belt

Start out on your journey to Operational Excellence

Our Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed for practical, real-world application,  to deliver change quickly and sustainably. The skills can be applied to improve  any area of business performance: quality, productivity, cost within manufacturing,  supply chain or support functions. Although the programme is primarily focused on six sigma,  it also includes a range of techniques within lean and TPM,  giving students the broadest possible tool kit and the flexibility to draw on the learning outcomes to deliver maximum return on investment. The course also explores the softer skills of  successful change – leadership and influence, facilitation and session design and dealing with constraints.

As well as learning the skills for themselves,  delegates are also given examples and exercises for introducing the techniques to their project teams,  better equipping them to roll out across the organisation. It’s equally applicable for  businesses with established improvement infrastructure and those just starting out on their journey to Operational Excellence.
