About this course

Our Six Sigma Yellow Belt training opens the gateway into real-world Six Sigma thinking and helps delegates understand Six Sigma’s basic principles. Our professional delivery will create an authentic understanding of the DMAIC methodology. Presented with the bigger team picture in mind, our programme is perfect for those wishing to be a more significant part of their company’s improvement movement. Delegates will learn how to contribute to project definition so that projects are set up for success by unlocking potential and financial opportunity in applying the trusted practice of Six Sigma.

Who is this course for?

This course is for those who want to get going with their Six Sigma journey, those already involved in supporting other Green and Belt Belts within their organisation, or anyone who wants to work at Yellow Belt level. Even if you are a Senior Leader in the organisation, our Yellow Belt can help you gain insight into Six Sigma methodology and how you can effectively utilise Six Sigma data-driven decision-making within your organisation.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of all the sessions, delegates will be able to understand the basic concepts of Six Sigma, including the DMAIC framework, the importance of data quality, and how to apply selected problem-solving tools using data-driven decision-making. Delegates will be able to understand and speak the language of Six Sigma, which can aid communication and understanding in a data-driven continuous improvement culture. You will be able to carry out Yellow Belt-level improvement projects and understand the skills required to contribute and get involved with larger Green or Black Belt-level projects by understanding the best practices associated with process control and sustaining improvements.
