Eunice’s story.

Eunice is our leading light when it comes to our lean improvement suite and has been with us on our incredible journey since 2012.

She has played a crucial role in the success of countless organisations through her tireless knowledge and championing of continuous improvement. Although she is an expert in manufacturing processes, Eunice has delivered programmes across all sectors and business sizes, underlining the flexibility of her amazing lean programmes.

Eunice has a genuine appetite for teaching and a strong background in technical change management, plant engineering, operational management, FMEA and strategic maintenance. Additionally, she once made the qualifying time for the Olympics in cross-country skiing. Ask her when you meet her, she will tell you all about it.
