Lisa’s story.

Lisa is our leader of the pack, who brings with her over 30 years’ experience of commercial sales and marketing at its highest level. In her most recent position as sales and marketing director of a specialised wholesale company, she reshaped the company’s cultural identity, which led to a revitalised sales capability, increasing their customer portfolio from hundreds to more than a thousand B2B customers. Born and raised in Manchester, Lisa began her career as a window dresser at the Body Shop.

She was inspired by Anita Roddick at a young age and used this experience to develop her passion for business as well as fine-tuning her innate abilities in communication and change management.

This early experience served as the basis for a lifetime career in marketing and sales, working with outstanding companies, innovative manufacturers, and wonderful people.
