Steve is our Shingo superstar with over thirty years’ experience of steering high-performing teams across the globe.
He’s been part of the TMI family for over 10 years and we adore his passion for helping our customers to reach their full potential by leading them on the path to sustainable transformation.
As a highly respected Shingo trailblazer and practitioner, Steve decided to launch The Lean Orange in 2017 and has continued to guide organisations around the world, mentoring and assisting them as they implement technological, cultural, and operational improvements.
He continues to provide organisations with the assistance needed to identify their challenges and, via Shingo methodologies, develop workable solutions, creating a foundation for long-term success.
