Steve’s story.
Our own TMI Avenger Steve’s experience has taken him and his family all over the world, assembling and leading specialist teams to support improvement activity required by the likes of Mallinckrodt, Novo Nordisk, Reckitt Benckiser and the Ford Motor Company. His special set of skills involve not only fixing the problem, but establishing systems and tools to foster the correct behaviours, which as we know makes change sustainable.
Having recently joined the TMI family Steve has already shown his practical experience is invaluable when working with customers, he just gets it. You know you are being supported by someone who has been there, done it and actually produced the tee shirt!.
